Shipping & Returns


All orders placed before 4:00 P.M. EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day (not including weekends and/or holidays). 

Expedited orders will be elevated in priority, handled with extra care, and shipped the same business day the order is received; orders received after 12 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day. PO Boxes not permitted on expedited orders.

Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.


If your package shows delivered to your address, but is missing then you must report the lost package to us within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. 

3V Performance is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect, or incomplete, shipping address provided by customer.



Items must be returned within thirty (30) in order to receive a full refund, subject to the conditions listed below. Items returned after thirty (30) days from purchase date, may be subject to a restocking fee. 

The following items cannot be returned, unless there is a valid warranty issue:

  • Any part that (in our opinion) was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly.
  • Custom-ordered or personalized products.


  • Drop ship items (these will follow vendor's return/exchange policy).
  • All returns are subject to inspection.
  • Items that exceed the time limit or show evidence of use may be charged a restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
