Hi-resolution engine power control method for RPM limiter. Controls timing on each cylinder and considerably reduces the turbo spool time in a trans brake/2-step rev limiter, keeps cylinders and spark plugs in conditions of maximum efficiency (they never get wet because they always fire), allow to lower the RPM limiter for launch or to make more boost at the same RPM and smoothens the 2-step limiter operation for less vibration. (Patent pending);
