Maxima Semi-Syn 20W-50 is an ester-fortified synthetic-blend engine oil developed for racing, hot rods and high-performance engines operating under demanding loads and elevated temperatures. Its advanced formula combines synthetic esters with highly refined petroleum base stocks to provide greater film strength, thermal stability and wear protection than conventional engine oil.

Surface-active ester technology adheres to critical engine components, helping maintain a strong protective oil film during startup and extreme operation. The shear-stable formulation resists viscosity loss and helps maintain consistent oil pressure and film thickness at high engine speeds and temperatures.

A high-zinc and phosphorus additive system provides the additional anti-wear protection required by performance flat-tappet and roller-cam engines. The proprietary additive package also helps control oxidation, deposits and engine wear.
